Note: Some unit may have some hot glue on connector, you can dab some Isopropyl alcohol to loosen it, to prevent damage to the connector.

Front Adapter Board
Disassembly
1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the machine

2. Remove the fan cover (unscrew 2 M3 Screws)

3. Use cutting pliers to cut off the hot glue (be careful not to cut the wires), and unplug the fan wires.
Note: Another method you can dab some Isopropyl alcohol to loosen it, to prevent damage to the connector.

4. Use cutting pliers to remove the hot glue from the ports. Note: do not damage the ports and wires.

5. Unplug all wires from the hotend adapter board

6. Unscrew the 3 screws fixing the hotend adapter board

7. Remove the old hotend adapter board

Installation
1. Replace with the new hotend adapter board.

2. Tighten the 3 screws.

3. Plug in the wires.

4. Plug in the fan wires, install the fan cover, make sure the two holes on top are aligned with the positioning posts.

5. Tighten the screws on both sides.

Rear Adapter Board
Disassembly
1. Unscrew 3 screws

2. Unplug the hotend wires, press the clamp on the terminal when unplugging.

3. Remove the rear fan cover, unscrew 4 screws.

4. Use cutting pliers to remove the hot glue from the ports. Note: do not damage the ports and wires, remove the fan cover.
Note: Another method you can dab some Isopropyl alcohol to loosen it, to prevent damage to the connector.

5. Unplug the wires.

6.Remove the rear hotend adapter board, unscrew 4 screws.

Installation
1. Replace with the new hotend adapter board, plug in the wires.

2. Tighten 4 screws

3. Plug in the motor wires and fan wires, organize the wires to avoid damage.

4. Install the rear fan cover.

5. Tighten 4 screws on the left and right sides.

6. Plug in the hotend wires.

7. Tighten 3 screws to secure the hotend wires
Power-on Self test
1. Turn on the machine

2. Click "Settings" - "Device Self-test" - "Select All" - "Start detecting"
