1. Initial Setup

Un-load filament (if possible), remove PTFE Tube from toolhead, and turn off the machine and plugged from the wall.

2. Unscrew the Bottom Panel off the Machine.

Using your 2mm Hex Driver, unscrew the nine screws securing the bottom panel to the chassis. Carefully remove the panel and set it aside.

3. To disconnect the Touch Screen cable

Gently push the latch upwards to unlock it. You can use your fingernail or a plastic spudger for this step. Avoid applying excessive force, as this could damage the connector latch.

4. Remove Screen Display Mount

Flip the machine to a standing position and remove the screw securing the screen to its mount. Position the machine in a standing position. Use your 2mm Hex Driver to remove the screw that secures the screen to its mount.

5. Replace the Screen

remove the old screen. Take the replacement screen, and carefully guide the flat cable through the designated cable channel, and position it correctly. Once aligned, secure the screen to the mount by fastening it with the same screw.

6. Connect the Touch Screen Cable.

Insert the flat cable into its connector and gently push the latch down to secure it. Do not apply too much force, as this may damage the connector or the latch. Ensure the orientation is correct, and the latch are open when inserting the ribbon cable.

7. Secure the Bottom Panel to Chassis

Reattach the bottom panel by aligning it with the chassis. Use your 2mm Hex Driver to fasten the nine screws, ensuring they are properly tightened.

8. Check functionality off the Screen

Re-Plug Power and power on the device to check functionality of the display.
