Within Super Slicer / Prusa Slicer you can add parameters to the exported gcode to include filament length if you're using printers without web interfaces such as Klipper/Ocotoprint/Duet, if you already using those printer firmware, on touch screen and web UI you can see prints total filament length.
The most accurate method is always weight the spool and minus spool weight, as the filament gauge sometimes can vary between materials.
By adding to output files names under print settings when you have expert tab enabled.
