This is meant to be quick reference for our support staff and our customers.

- H2.0 hexagonal wrench
- New hotend
Steps
- Lower the platform to the middle of the printer and below, leaving space for operation.
- Remove the extruder magnetic outer cover.
- Set the nozzle temperature to 0℃ and wait for the nozzle to cool down to below 50℃ to avoid hurting yourself. [Stop heating].
Power off the printer and unplug the power cord.
Unplug the thermistor terminal.
- Unplug the heating terminal.
- Use a wrench to unscrew the four M3 screws on the hotend.
- Remove the old hotend.
- Take out the new hotend and tighten the four M3 screws on it with a wrench.
- Plug in the heating terminal.
- Plug in the thermistor terminal.
- Install the extruder magnetic outer cover.

The thermal wire is broken, leading to short-circuited. After troubleshooting, some wires can be repaired to see if it is restored. 2. The hot end thermal is internally damaged. Replace the thermal or hot end. | |
TE2564 | Tool Kit | The nozzle is not heating as expected | This is a comprehensive error report, please check hot bed thermal and hot bed heater related error troubleshooting methods. | |
TE2111 | Tool Kit | The nozzle temperature is below the minimum extrusion temperature | Possible reasons: 1. The extrusion temperature is lower than the minimum temperature set by the machine configuration, and the minimum extrusion temperature limit of Creality OS is 170 degrees; For slicing problems, please use the official slicing software or contact us to get the slicing file provided by the official third-party; 2. If the hot end is damaged, check other heating error solutions to the hot end. |
