Part Cooling:
When printing for functional parts it’s best to print for strength it’s best to go hotter and low to no part cooling fans.
To maximise DREMC PC/ABS or ASA/ABS or ASA CF / PETG CF strength; fan is turned off and/or print at 265°c+
Recommended extrusion temp: 260-280°c (PC/ABS)
Recommended extrusion temp: 260-280°c (ASA/ABS)
Recommended extrusion temp: 275-300°c (ASA CF)
Recommended extrusion temp: 235-260°c (PETG CF)
Maximum recommended extrusion temp @ 12mm/s³: ~300°c
For all materials print in well ventilated room, best for enclosed printer for air filter ducted outside or run Nevermore to reduce the VOC.
