These printer/material profile are meant to help you find the best print settings for your needs. Different printers and hot-ends or modification may require different settings, so it's difficult to provide a general recommendation that works for every printers and desire print quality and function. So if you have any issues with our materials, please contact our support for assistance, please share a screenshot or your printer slicer export config and your printer set up or any test prints you have done. We found most of the newer slicer default profiles prints wells with our materials such as Pursa/Bambu Labs printers, but some engineering materials may require additional changes improve either strength/visual appearance depending on your use case. 


At this stage, we can only offer assistant for Orca Slier, Super Slicer, Prusa Slicer or Bambu Slicer.

Orca Slicer (For X1C/P1P Series/Voron)


Note for abrasive filled materials like CF / Carbon Fibre is 0.6mm profile while remaining profile are 0.4mm. Profile is built upon some of default profile from SoftFever Fork of Orca Slicer of X1 and Voron Trident 300.

Note: Profile tested on texture PEI (DREMC Texture PEI or Satin PEI) / High Temp Plate (DREMC Black Smooth PEI)


Note: These profile are provided as a guide, please always ensure performing your own temperature print tower, speed tuning, PA, Flow, skew calibrations, max flow. 


R1 Profile Note: Some are suitable for P1 series, for some high bed temperature you may want to reduce the bed temperature to to max 100c and implemented wait for to chamber temperature delay so chamber is hot enough to prevent warping for large prints or use bed adhesive to aim. For Stock P1, please note for abrasive filament, ensure you're using harden extruder gears and harden steel hotend.

*From our testing, it can print from AMS if filament is dry, overtime once the filament is wet it can become brittle or due to multiple retraction (for multi colour prints) due to more brittle nature it an break within filament path. For best performance print from external dryer or dry box.

We suggest you put a limit on max volumetric flow rate, if you have slower hotend/printer or consider Ender Prusa Slicer below.

Please double check max flow-rate for your printer setup. (Stock provided is based on S1 Pro Base Printer Config, you can just change printer setting to your own existing and existing print/filament profile should work, otherwise Prusa Slicer may prompt you save modified setting as new profile).
