These warranty policy does not restrict any right which you may be entitled to under consumer law. This is in addition to your existing consumer law rights. If you have issues with product, please contact us.

Slice Engineering Warranty (Limited Lifetime)


Defects to Slice Engineering products will be determined solely by Slice Engineering and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of or for Slice Engineering. Upon determination of a defect, Slice Engineering at it's sole discretion will choose to repair or replace the defective part with the same or similar product, or issue a refund (partial or whole).  


Any warranty request is refer to Slice Engineering approval, if approved we issue replacement part from our stock and we will cover shipping. We cannot guarantee all spare part/replacement will be in stock locally or a Slice Engineering. Product may be require shipped back to Manufacturer at your own cost.

Bondtech Warranty (3 Months)


This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 3 months from purchase with Bondtech Products. Item may be required to sent back to use to be independently verified product is at defect.This warranty is subject to the following exclusions: 

        

  • Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
  • Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.


Replacement Policy

        

If the product meets the terms of the warranty cover, we will:

        

  • At our discretion, replace the product.
  • Cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you, using our preferred method.  
  • Not cover taxes, duties or any other import/export charges. However, please note that as the package is marked as a 'warranty replacement', no charges are usually incurred.

Micro Swiss Warranty (1 Months) / Limited Lifetime Warranty on M2 Nozzle (Against Wear)


This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 1 months from purchase with Micro Swiss Products. Item may be required to sent back to use to be independently verified product is at defect. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions: 

        

  • Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
  • Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.


Replacement Policy

        

If the product meets the terms of the warranty cover, we will:

        

  • At our discretion, replace the product.
  • Cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you, using our preferred method.  
  • Not cover taxes, duties or any other import/export charges. However, please note that as the package is marked as a 'warranty replacement', no charges are usually incurred.  


CM2™ Nozzle Warranty    

  • Warranty Coverage: The CM2™ Nozzles comes with a warranty that covers wear related to its shape. However, this does not include blockages, jams, or wear to its non-stick coating.
  • Conditions for Warranty: The warranty is valid only when used with commercially available filaments that have glass, carbon, or less abrasive fillers. It doesn't cover use with highly abrasive materials like Boron Carbide or Tungsten. The warranty also doesn't apply if the nozzle is heated beyond 450°C.
  • Prohibited Cleaning Methods: Avoid cleaning the CM2™ nozzles with cold pulls or needles. Doing so can damage it and voids the warranty.
  • Warranty Expiry: The warranty ends once the CM2™ nozzles are discontinued and no longer sold.


Claiming the Warranty:
Step 1: Contact the seller(us) with details of the issue and proof of purchase.
Step 2: Send the nozzle back to the provided address. Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping.
Step 3: The seller(us) will examine the nozzle to see if the warranty applies.
Step 4: If the nozzle is eligible, you'll get a replacement for free. If not, it will be returned to you. In some cases, a refund might be given instead.

Remember, the warranty only covers specific types of wear and has certain conditions and exclusions.

LDO Motors Warranty (12 Months)


This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 12 months from purchase with LDO-Motors Products . Item may be required to sent back to use to be independently verified product is at defect. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions:

This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 6 months from purchase with DREMC Products unless specified below. This warranty is subject to the following exclusions: 

  • Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
  • Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.
  • Excluding wearing or consumable product that is defective due to wear and usage of product

DREMC Filament (3 Months )


A limited warranty on products is 3 months from the date of purchase. We are proud of the quality of our filaments and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Warranty outside the purchase date is considered on case on case basis. If you have any issues with the product, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. Sometimes, we may modify the formula of our products to improve them, so you may need to tweak your settings even if you buy the same colour and material type as before. Each batch are colour checked at factory(with on internal pantone coolour) to ensure colour consistently between manufacturing batch, any major colour changes will specified by new colour and SKU/Barcode. We may request return of filament (return label provided), if no fault is found with filament in quality no refunds/replacement will be provided. We list clearly the minimal printer/environmental conditions, please ensure your printer has ability those print before purchasing.


DREMC AC Heater Pads (12 Months)

  • Warranty of 1 year from purchase date, each heater pad are serialised, please keep a note of serialised for warranty request. 
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse or use of the product.


DREMC Premium DC Fans (12 Months)

  • Warranty of 1 year from purchase date, each DREMC DC Fans are batch serialised, please keep a note of batch number for warranty request.
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse or use of the product.


GDSTime Product (12 Months)


This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship in products purchased from the DREMC website for a period of 12 months from purchase with GDSTime products . This warranty is subject to the following exclusions: 

        

  • Does not apply if the product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorised personnel.
  • Does not apply to damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.
  • Does not apply if the product is not proven to be faulty.
