If you have missed a delivery, you can request redelivery or arrange collection using one of the following methods:
1. Online Request Form
Visit the CouriersPlease redelivery portal:
https://www.couriersplease.com.au/book/redelivery
Enter your tracking number and follow the prompts to request a redelivery or collection from a depot.
2. Email Request
Email CouriersPlease at: support@couriersplease.com.au
Include your tracking number in the subject line and clearly state your request for redelivery or depot collection. You should get rely within a 1 business day, if not, please re-contact or contact us.
3. Customer Support Contact (via live chat)
You can also visit their support page or their website for further assistance and use live chat to lodge inquiry such re-delivery request:

Prompt 1: "Contact Support Rep, regarding re-delivery request. "

Prompt 3: "Having issues booking redelivery online"
Complete the fields prompt, to submit a message/ticket. They should reach out via email within a 1 business day to confirm the request, you need reply ASAP and confirm to ensure re-delivery request has been received. You should get rely within a 1 business day, if not, please re-contact or contact us.
Note that redelivery requests must be submitted directly to Couriers Please as we are able to lodge these requests on your behalf, but you need reach out to use let us know below preference, preferable if you have updated delivery instruction if there like building code access etc for apartments.
- Redelivery back to the address with signature required during normal business hours. (Please indicate your preferred date and time)
- Redelivery back to the address with the authority to leave during normal business hours. (Please indicate where it can be left unattended and your preferred delivery date and time)
- Customer/depot collection from one of our local CouriersPlease depot.
