We take our Same Day Dispatch Guarantee seriously and work hard to ensure your orders are shipped on time. However, as much as we strive for perfection, we’re only human, and sometimes unexpected issues arise. Below is a record of times we’ve missed this guarantee and the reasons why. 


We are committed to improving our processes to ensure timely dispatch. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us. The following excludes any pre-notified or planned holidays or public holidays where courier does not operate. 


While we do everything we can to meet our promise, sometimes things are out of our control. If your order is affected, we’ll always do our best to communicate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We contact affected customer within a business day.

Unforeseen staff health issue
Orders was pick up the next business day, (1 day transit delay)
28 Jan 2025 - Monday
Courier(AusPost) failed to collect shipments due to IT issue.
The item was manually lodged at the local LPO later the same day after we reached out to our depot supervisor. This was due to the scanner did not had our address and a temporary driver being on shift that day. As a result, there was a one-day transit delay, since the item was not processed at the depot until the following day.
