We take our Same Day Dispatch Guarantee seriously and work hard to ensure your orders are shipped on time. However, as much as we strive for perfection, we’re only human, and sometimes unexpected issues arise. Below is a record of times we’ve missed this guarantee and the reasons why. 


We are committed to improving our processes to ensure timely dispatch. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us. The following excludes any pre-notified or planned holidays. 


While we do everything we can to meet our promise, sometimes things are out of our control. If your order is affected, we’ll always do our best to communicate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We contact affected customer within a business day.
