Orders usually will take same or within 1-2 business days for us to dispatched your order if all item are in stock. On rare occasional order may take up to 3 business days if that happens, you will be notified via Email regarding the delay. For certain courier we can offer same day dispatch, the cut off time is 1pm to qualify for same day dispatch.

Pick Up?
Sorry we currently don't offer pick up. We dispatch our order within 1 business days, so any delivery within same City (Brisbane) will be for delivery for next business day (95% of orders). Delivery starts from ~$8 for most small spares. If you need same day within Brisbane, please use Uber Courier options at checkout within 20km of our warehouse, otherwise can contact us for direct quote for further locations.
Will the size of my order affect the expected dispatch date?
If your order is over 100 individual pieces, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch due to the high levels of stock and packing required.
Do you ship to my country?
In 99% of cases the answer is yes, we ship to destinations Worldwide. Our shipping rates are calculated live on our website based on your order with the relevant shipping service and shipping address. Baring any trade restriction to your country, please ensure item you import is allow to be imported.
No shipping service is showing at checkout.
If you are unable to find a shipping service based on your shipping address regrettably the shipping service may have been suspended or we don’t offer a delivery service for this destination. If this occurs for local Australia address, please contact support and confirm your postcode/suburbs are correct.
